Welcome to Cab Delhi Airport! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and taxi booking services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Booking and Cancellation

By booking a taxi with Cab Delhi Airport, you agree to the following:

• Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message or email from us.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-Show: If you fail to show up at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time, providing no notice, you may be charged the full fare.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
• Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations during your journey.
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Pricing and Payment

All fares are subject to change without notice. The final fare payable will be calculated based on the distance traveled and any additional charges (e.g., waiting time, tolls, parking fees). Payment must be made in full at the end of the journey, unless prepaid online.

4. Limitation of Liability

Cab Delhi Airport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
